કોરોનાના કારણે અબડાસા પેટા ચૂંટણીમાં ઓછુ મતદાન થવાનો રાજકીય પક્ષોને ડર!
આગામી ૩ જી તારીખે વિધાનસભા પેટા ચૂંટણી માટે મતદાન યોજાનાર છે ત્યારે કચ્છમાં ભાગ્યે જ રેકોર્ડબ્રેક મતદાન થતુ હોય છે. તેવામાં આ વખતે અબડાસા વિધાનસભા પેટા ચૂંટણીમાં કોરોનાના કારણે ઓછુ મતદાન થવાનો રાજકીય પક્ષોને ડર લાગી રહ્યો છે. વર્તમાન સમયમાં પ્રચાર પ્રસાર કરતા પણ વધુને વધુ મતદાન કેમ અને કેવી રીતે થાય તે દિશામાં રાજકીય પક્ષોએ ચિંતા કરવા જેવી છે. તો વળી, ઓછુ મતદાન જ હાર જીત માટે મહત્વની ભુમિકા ભજવશે.
કોરોના કાળમાં આરોગ્ય વિભાગ દ્વારા ભલે અબડાસાના આંકડા છુપાવાતા હોય કે પછી ટેસ્ટની સંખ્યા ઘટાડી નાખવામાં આવી હોય જે હોય તે પરંતુ એ નક્કી છે કે, ચૂંટણી પત્યા બાદ ચોક્કસથી અબડાસામાં પણ કોરોનાના અસંખ્ય કેસો આવે તો નવાઈ નહિં ત્યારે હાલમાં તો નખત્રાણા, લખપત અને અબડાસાના મતદારોમાં કોરોનાનો ડર યાથાવત ન રહે અને મતદાનની ટકાવારી જાળવી રખાય તે માટે જ કદાચ કોરોનાનો આંક દેખાડાતો નથી. પરંતુ મતદારો બધુ જ જાણે છે અને એટલે જ આવનારી ત્રીજીએ કદાચ કોરોનાના કારણે મતદાન ઓછુ થાય તો નવાઈ નહિં. તો બીજીતરફ, મતદાનની ટકાવારી વધે અને ૧૦૦% મતદાન થાય તે દિશામાં ભાજપના આંતરિક પ્રયાસો જારી છે. પરંતુ, ઓછુ મતદાન જ કોઈ એક પક્ષ માટે હાર જીત માટે મહત્વનો પરિબળ રહેશે.
તો વળી, જેઓ કોરોનાને ગંભીરતાથી લઈ રહ્યા છે તેવા વર્ગના લોકો કદાચ મતદાન કરવા માટે મતદાન માથકે જવાનું ટાળી પણ શકે છે. કોરોના ઉપરાંત એવુ પણ કારણ છે કે, ગત ૨૦૧૭ની ચૂંટણીમાં કોંગ્રેસમાંથી જીતેલા ઉમેદવાર આ વખતે ભાજપમાંથી ચૂંટણી લડી રહ્યા છે એટલે અમુક મતદારોને મતદાન કરવામાં પણ ખાસ રસ નથી. જો ઓછુ મતદાન થાય તો ભાજપ-કોંગ્રેસને નુકશાન સહન કરવાનો વારો આવશે જયારે અપક્ષને કોઈ ખાસ ફરક પડશે નહિં તેવી લોકોમાં ચર્ચામાં છે.
