અબડાસામાં પ્રચારના પડઘમ શાંત : દસ ઉમેદવારોએ આપ્યો ચૂંટણીખર્ચનો હિસાબ
અબડાસા વિધાનસભાની પેટા ચૂંટણીને અનુલક્ષીને મંગળવારે મતદાન થશે. ત્યારે પ્રચારના પડઘમ રવિવારે સાંજે 6 વાગ્યાથી શાંત થઇ ગયા પરંતુ ખાટલા બેઠકો જારી રહેશે. રાજ્યમાં અતિ મહત્વની ગણાતી અબડાસા પેટા ચૂંટણીનો જંગ જીતવા માટે ભાજપ, કોંગ્રેસના મોવડીઓએ મત વિસ્તારમાં ધામા નાખી સભા ગજવી હતી. તા.1/11, રવિવારના સાંજે 6 વાગ્યાથી ચૂંટણી પ્રચારના પડઘમ શાંત થઇ ગયા છે પરંતુ હજુ પણ ડોર ટુ ડોર પ્રચાર સાથે ખાટલા બેઠકો યોજી શકાશે.
ચૂંટણી જંગમાં ઝંપલાવનારા 10 ઉમેદવારોએ અંતિમ ચરણમાં જાહેર કરેલા હિસાબ મુજબ તા.1/11 સુધી સત્તાવાર રીતે 41.11 લાખનો ખર્ચ કર્યો છે. તા.3/11ના અબડાસા વિધાનસભા મત વિસ્તારની પેટા ચૂંટણી યોજવામાં આવશે, જેમાં 5 રાજકીય પક્ષના ઉમેદવાર અને 5 અપક્ષ ઉમેદવારો મળી કુલ10 ઉમેદવારે ઝંપલાવ્યું છે. જે-તે ઉમેદવારે પોતે કેટલો ખર્ચ કર્યો અને પાર્ટી તથા પક્ષના કાર્યકરો વગેરે તરફથી તેમને કેટલું ફંડ મળ્યું, તેમાંથી કેટલા રૂપિયાનો ખર્ચ કર્યો વગેરે સહિત ચૂંટણી ખર્ચનો હિસાબ આપવાનો રહે છે. તા.23/10અને તા.28/10ના બે તબક્કામાં ચૂંટણી ખર્ચ જાહેર કરાયા હતા, જેમાં જે ઉમેદવારે ખર્ચ જાહેર કર્યા ન હતા તેવા ઉમેદવારોને કારણદર્શક નોટિસ પણ ફટકારાઇ હતી.
રવિવારે હિસાબ આપવાના અંતિમ ચરણમાં અપાયેલા હિસાબ મુજબ દશ ઉમેદવારોએ અત્યાર સુધી સત્તાવાર રીતે રૂ.41,11,506નો ખર્ચ કર્યો છે, જેમાં સૌથી વધુ ભાજપના ઉમેદવાર પ્રદ્યુમનસિંહ જાડેજાએ રૂ.15,87,501, કોંગ્રેસના ડો. શાંતિલાલ સેંઘાણીએ રૂ.11,07,454તેમજ અપક્ષ ઉમેદવાર હનિફ જાકબ પડ્યારે રૂ.8,78,869 ચૂંટણી ખર્ચ બતાવ્યો છે. ઉપરાંત બહુજન મુક્તિ પાર્ટીના આકુબ આચારભાઇ મુતવાએ રૂ.1,98,497અને અપક્ષ ઉમેદવાર ઇબ્રાહીમ જાફર હાલેપોત્રાએ રૂ.2,40,460, ભારતીય જન પરિષદના રામજી આશાભાઇ મહેશ્વરીએ રૂ.14,760, બહુજન મહાપાર્ટીના ભીમજી ભીખાભાઇ મેઘવાળે રૂ.34,944, અપક્ષ ઉમેદવારો અમૃતલાલ લધાભાઇ પટેલ રૂ.21,480 અને રમણિક શાંતિલાલ ગરવાએ રૂ.18,191નો ચૂંટણી ખર્ચ કર્યો છે. જેમાં ચૂંટણી જંગમાં મેદાને પડેલા 10 પૈકી માત્ર એક મહિલા ઉમેદવારે ફોર્મ ભરવાની સાથે ડિપોઝિટ સહિત તા.23/10ના રૂ.12,350નો ખર્ચ બતાવ્યો હતો. અપક્ષ ઉમેદવાર ભગવતીબેન ખેતસિંહભાઇ બ્રહ્મક્ષત્રિયએ તા.28/10 અને તા.1/11 એટલે કે, બાકીના બે તબક્કામાં એક રૂપિયાનો પણ ખર્ચ ન કર્યો હોવાનું જણાવ્યું છે.
