હાલ કચ્છમાં પણ પાસા Prevention of Anti-Social Activities (PASA) તળે માથાભારે શખ્સોને જેલમાં ધકેલાઈ રહ્યા છે , તેવામાં બોર્ડર રેન્જ-ભુજ આઇ.જી.પી. જે.આર.મોથલીયા તથા પોલીસ અધિક્ષક પૂર્વ કચ્છ, ગાંધીધામનાઓ તરફથી
જિલ્લામાં શરીર સબંધી તથા મિલકત સબંધી ગુના આચરતા ઇસમો વિરૂધ્ધ અસરકારક અટકાયતી પગલા લેવાતા ગામ વીડી બગીચા, તા. અંજાર-કચ્છનાં બે માથાભારે શખ્સો – આરોપીઓ (૧) સદામ કાસમ જત તથા
તથા અન્ય બીજો શખ્સ
(૨) ઇમ્તીયાઝ ઓસમાણ જત
નામના માથાભારે ઇસમો વિરુધ્ધ શરીર સબંધી ગુના અંજાર પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં દાખલ થયેલ હોય જેથી અંજાર પો.સ્ટે. દ્વારા તેના વિરુધ્ધ પાસા દરખાસ્ત તૈયાર કરેલ
કચ્છ કલેકટર કચ્છ-ભુજની કચેરીએ આ બંને વિરુદ્ધની ગુન્હાહીત હિસ્ટ્રી મોકલતાં કલેકટર કચ્છ-ભુજ તરફથી વોરંટ ઇશ્યુ કરતા આ બંને ઇસમોને એલ.સી.બી. દ્વારા પાસા તળે અટકાયતમાં લઇ મધ્યસ્થ જેલ વડોદરા તથા મધ્યસ્થ જેલ – અમદાવાદ ખાતે અલગ અલગ જેલ હવાલે મોકલી આપવામા આવેલ છે.
અટકાયતીનું નામ
(૧) સદામ કાસમ જત, ઉ.વ.૨૮,
(૨) ઇમ્તીયાઝ ઓસમાણ જત, ઉ.વ.-૩૩ રહે બન્ને, વીડી બગીચા, તા. અંજાર-કચ્છ
આ કામગીરીમા લોકલ ક્રાઇમ બ્રાન્ચનાં પોલીસ ઇન્સપેકટર ડી.બી.પરમાર તથા પોલીસ સબ ઇન્સપેકટર કે.એન.સોલંકી તથા એલ.સી.બી. સ્ટાફ જોડાયેલ હતો.
