પ્રવક્ત મંત્રી શ્રી જીતુભાઈ વાઘાણીએ જણાવ્યું છે કે, રાજ્યના ખેડૂતોને આર્થિક રીતે પગભર કરવા તથા ખેડૂતોની આવક બમણી કરવાના મક્કમ નિર્ધાર સાથે રાજ્ય સરકાર આગળ વધી રહી છે ત્યારે વર્ષ ૨૦૨૨-૨૩માં પ્રાઇઝ સપોર્ટ સ્કીમ (PSS) હેઠળ મગફળી, મગ, અડદ અને સોયાબીનની તા.૨૯ ઓકટોબર-૨૦૨૨ લાભપાંચમ થી ૯૦ દિવસ સુધી ટેકાના ભાવે ખરીદી કરવાનો રાજ્ય સરકારે ખેડૂત હિતલક્ષી મહત્વનો નિર્ણય કર્યો છે. રાજયના ખેડૂતો પાસેથી છેલ્લા એક વર્ષમાં રૂ.૩૬૪૬ કરોડની મગફળી, તુવેર અને ચણાની ટેકાના ભાવે ખરીદી કરાઈ છે. જયારે છેલ્લા પાંચ વર્ષમાં ૨૪ લાખ ખેડૂતો પાસેથી રૂ.૨૨,૫૯૬ કરોડ મૂલ્યની વિવિધ જણસોની ખરીદી કરાઈ છે.
મંત્રી શ્રી જીતુભાઈ વાઘાણી ઉમેર્યું કે, મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી ભૂપેન્દ્રભાઈ પટેલના માર્ગદર્શન હેઠળ રાજ્યના ખેડૂતો પાસેથી ટેકાના ભાવે વિવિધ જણસીઓ સત્વરે ખરીદવા અને ખેડૂતોને પોષણક્ષમ ભાવો મળી રહે તે માટે રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા સઘન આયોજન કરવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે. તેમણે ઉમેર્યું કે, વર્ષ ૨૦૨૧-૨૨ માં પ્રાઇઝ સપોર્ટ સ્કીમ (PSS) હેઠળ ટેકાના ભાવે ખરીદી ખરીદી કરાઈ છે જેમાં મગફળીની ખરીદી માટે કુલ ૨,૬૫,૫૫૮ ખેડૂતોએ નોંધણી કરાવી હતી. જે પૈકી કુલ ૪૯,૮૯૯ ખેડૂતોએ લાભ લીધો હતો. લાભાર્થી ખેડૂતો પાસેથી કુલ ૫૫૮.૫૩ કરોડ મૂલ્યના ૯૫,૨૩૦ મે.ટન મગફળીના જથ્થાની ટેકાના ભાવે ખરીદી કરવામાં આવી છે. જયારે ખરીફ વર્ષ ૨૦૨૧-૨૨માં ટેકાના ભાવે તુવેરની ખરીદી માટે કુલ ૧૮,૫૩૫ ખેડૂતોએ નોંધણી કરાવેલ હતી. જે પૈકી કુલ ૧૦,૨૮૮ ખેડૂતોએ લાભ લીધો હતો. લાભાર્થી ખેડૂતો પાસેથી કુલ ૧૨૬.૦૩ કરોડ મૂલ્યના ૨૦,૦૦૪ મે.ટન તુવેરના જથ્થાની ટેકાના ભાવે ખરીદી કરવામાં આવી છે.
એ જ રીતે રવિ સિઝન દરમિયાન વર્ષ ૨૦૨૧-૨૨માં ચણાની ખરીદી માટે કુલ ૩,૩૮,૭૭૭ ખેડૂતોએ નોંધણી કરાવી હતી જે પૈકી કુલ ૨,૮૩,૦૪૩ ખેડૂતોએ લાભ લીધો હતો. લાભાર્થી ખેડૂતો પાસેથી કુલ ૨૯૨૧.૬૦ કરોડ મૂલ્યના ૫,૫૮,૬૨૩ મે.ટન ચણાના જથ્થાની ટેકાના ભાવે ખરીદી કરવામાં આવી છે.
મગફળી, મગ, અડદ અને સોયાબિનની ટેકાના ભાવે વેચાણ માટે ખેડૂતોની નોંધણી ગ્રામ્ય કક્ષાએથી ઇ-ગ્રામ કેન્દ્રો પરથી VCE મારફતે તા.૨૫/૦૯/૨૦૨૨ થી શરૂ કરવામાં આવી છે. જે તા.૧૦.૧૧.૨૦૨૨ સુધી કરવામાં આવશે.
મંત્રી શ્રી એ ઉમેર્યું કે, નોંધણી થયેલ ખેડૂતોને ક્રમાનુસાર SMS મોકલી અથવા ટેલીફોનીક જાણ કરવામાં આવશે. જાણ કરાયેલા ખેડૂતોએ નિયત ખરીદ કેન્દ્ર ખાતે પોતાની જણસીના ટેકાના ભાવે વેચાણ માટે હાજર રહેવાનું રહેશે. સોમવારથી શુક્રવાર દરમિયાન સંજોગોવસાત નિયત દિવસે હાજર ન રહી શક્યા હોય તેવા ખેડૂતોને શનિવારના દિવસે વેચાણ માટે તક આપવામાં આવશે. વેચાણ કરેલ જણસીનું ખેડૂતોને ચુકવણું સીધા ખેડૂતના ખાતામાં જમા કરવામાં આવશે.
અત્રે ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે, છેલ્લા પાંચ વર્ષમાં રાજ્યના કુલ ૨૪ લાખ ખેડૂતો પાસેથી રૂ.૨૨,૫૯૬ કરોડ મૂલ્યના મગફળી, મગ, અડદ, તુવેર, ચણા, રાયડો અને કપાસના ૪૫.૧૩ લાખ મે.ટન જેટલા વિપુલ જથ્થાની ટેકાના ભાવે ખરીદી કરવામાં આવી છે.
