સુરતમાં પતિ બન્યો હેવાન:અશ્લીલ વીડિયો જોવાની ના પાડતા પતિએ પત્નીને જીવતી સળગાવી મોતને ઘાટ ઉતારી, પત્નીને કહેતો- તું મને નથી ગમતી
સુરતના કતારગામ વિસ્તારમાં પતિ દ્વારા પત્નીને જીવતી સળગાવી મોતને ઘાટ ઉતારી દેવાની ઘટનાએ સૌ કોઈને હચમચાવી દીધા છે. પોર્ન વીડિયો જોવાની ટેવ ઘરાવતા પતિને પત્નીએ ટોકતા પતિએ ઉશ્કેરાઈને પત્નીની હત્યા કરી નાખી હતી. અત્રે ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે, પતિ પત્નીને કહેતો હતો કે તું મને ગમતી નથી.
પત્નીને જ્વલનશીલ પદાર્થ છાંટીને સળગાવી
શહેરના કતારગામ વિસ્તારની ધ્રુવતારક સોસાયટીમાં પતિ દ્વારા જોવાતા અશ્લીલ વીડિયો પત્નીના મોતનું કારણ બન્યો છે. પતિ-પત્ની વચ્ચે અશ્લીલ વીડિયોને કારણે થયેલા ઝઘડામાં પતિએ પત્નીને જ્વલનશીલ પદાર્થ છાંટીને સળગાવી દીધી હતી. પત્નીનું સારવાર દરમિયાન મોત થયું હતું. ઝઘડાની રાત્રે દંપતીએ આઇસક્રીમ ખાધો હતો. સવારે ફરી ઝઘડો શરૂ થતાં પતિએ પત્નીને મોતને ઘાટ ઉતારી દીધી હતી.
અશ્લીલ વીડિયો બંને વચ્ચે ઝઘડાનું કારણ
હત્યા કરનાર કિશોર રત્નકલાકાર તરીકે નોકરી કરતો હતો. મૃતક કાજલ પટેલ મૂળ મુંબઈની રહેવાસી હતી. અશ્લીલ વીડિયો બંને વચ્ચે ઝઘડાનું કારણ બન્યા હતા. પતિ કિશોર રાત્રે મોબાઈલમાં અશ્લીલ વીડિયો જોતો હતો જેના કારણે ઝઘડો થતો હતો. ચોક બજાર પોલીસે આરોપી પતિ કિશોરની ધરપકડ કરી કાર્યવાહી કરી હતી.
પતિએ પત્ની ખુદ સળગી હોવાનું જુઠ્ઠાણુ ફેલાવ્યું
કતારગામમાં ધ્રુવતારક સોસાયટી ખાતે રહેતા કાજલ કિશોરભાઇ પટેલ (ઉ.વ.25)ને ગઈકાલે બપોરે ગંભીર રીતે દાઝી ગયેલી હાલતમાં પતિ કિશોર સ્મીમેર હોસ્પિટલ લઇ ગયો હતો. સ્મીમેરમાં પત્નીએ ખુદ જ્વલનશીલ પદાર્થ છાંટ્યું હોવાનું પતિ કિશોરે લખાવ્યું હતું.
10 મહિના પહેલાં જ થયાં હતાં લગ્ન
ચોકબજાર પોલીસે હોસ્પિટલ પહોંચી કાજલબેનનું નિવેદન લેતાં ચોંકાવનારો ખુલાસો થયો હતો. મૂળ મુંબઇની વતની કાજલે 10 માસ પહેલાં બનાસકાંઠા-પાલનપુરના કિશોર સાથે લગ્ન કર્યાં હતાં. પતિ-પત્ની વચ્ચે વારંવાર નાની-નાની બાબતે ઝઘડા થતા હતા. રિસાઇને કાજલબેન બે વખત પિયર પણ રહેવા ચાલ્યાં ગયાં હતાં.
શરીર સંબંધ બાંધવા બાબતે પણ ઝઘડો થયો હતો
ગત તા.19મીએ સાંજે પતિ-પત્ની વચ્ચે રસોઇ બાબતે તકરાર થઇ હતી. ત્યારબાદ રાત્રે શરીર સંબંધ બાંધવા બાબતે પણ તેઓ વચ્ચે ઝઘડો થયો હતો. પતિ કિશોરને રાત્રે અશ્લીલ વીડિયો જોતા કાજલે અટકાવ્યો હતો. સોમવારે સવારે કાજલબેનને છાતીમાં દુખાવો ઊપડ્યો હતો. પતિને દવાખાને લઇ જવાની વાત કરી તો તેણે ઝઘડો કરી બાથરૂમમાં પડેલું જ્વલનશીલ પ્રવાહી છાંટી આગ ચાંપી દીધી હતી. ચોકબજાર પોલીસે હત્યાનો ગુનો નોંધી પતિ કિશોરની ધરપકડ કરી હતી.
