શેરબજારમાં લોઅર સર્કિટ, ટ્રેડિંગ ૪૫ મિનિટ માટે બંધ : બજાર શરૂ થતાં જ સેન્સેક્સ ૩૧૦૩તૂટ્યો
સમગ્ર દુનિયામાં કોરોના વાઈરસે ખતરનાક સ્વરૂપ લઈ લીધું છે. આ કારણથી વૈશ્વિક શેરબજારમાં પણ સતત ઘટાડો જોવા મળી રહ્યો છે. સપ્તાહના છેલ્લા ટ્રેડિંગ દિવસે પણ સેન્સેક્સ અને નિફ્ટીમાં ૧૦ ટકાનો ઘટાડો થયો હતો અને તેના કારણે ટ્રેડિંગ બંધ કરવું પડ્યું હતું. નોંધનીય છે કે, શેરબજાર ૨૨૦૦ પોઈન્ટ અને નિફ્ટી ૭૦૦ પોઈન્ટના ઘટાડા સાથે ખુલ્યું હતું. ગણતીરીની મિનિટોમાં જ સેન્સેક્સમાં ૩૨૦૦ અને નિફ્ટીમાં ૧૦૦૦ પોઈન્ટનો ઘટાડો થયો હતો. બજારો ૧૦ ટકા તૂટ્યા હોવાથી ૪૫ મિનિટ માટે ટ્રેડિંગ બંધ કરી દેવામાં આવ્યું હતું. આજે શેરબજારે ૩૦,૦૦૦ની સપાટી ગુમાવી દીધી છે અને તે ૨૯,૬૮૭ની સપાટી પર આવી ગયું છે. જ્યારે નિફ્ટી ૯,૦૦૦ની સપાટી ગુમાવી ૮૬૨૪ની સપાટીએ આવી ગયું છે. હવે હજારમાં ૧૦.૨૦ વાગે ટ્રેડિંગ શરૂ થશે. નોંધનીય છે કે, શેરબજારમાં ૧૦ ટકા અથવા તેથી વધુ ઘટાડો આવે તો તેને લોઅર સર્કિટ કહેવામાં આવે છે અને તેના કારણે ટ્રેડિંગ થોડો સમય રોકી દેવામાં આવે છે. અમેરિકન શેર માર્કેટ ડાઉ જોન્સમાં ગુરુવારે રાતે ૨૩૫૨ પોઈન્ટ (૧૦ %) ઘટીને બંધ થયા હતા. સતત બીજા દિવેસે ઓપનિંગથી જ ઘટાડો જોવા મલ્યો હતો. ડાઉ જોન્સ ગુરુવારે સવારે એટલે કે ભારતીય સમય પ્રમાણે શુક્રવારે સાંજે ૮ વાગે ઓપનિંગ સાથે જ ૧૯૪૩ પોઈન્ટ સુધી ઘટ્યો હતો.
એક્સપર્ટના જણાવ્યા પ્રમાણે અમેરિકન બજારમાં થયેલા આ ઘટાડાની અસર ભારતીય શેરબજાર ઉપર જોવા મળી છે. એક દિવસ પહેલાં એટલે કે ગુરુવારે સેન્સેક્સમાં ૨૯૧૯ પોઈન્ટનો ઘટાડો જોવા મળ્યો હતો. તેથી શંકા હતી જ કે શુક્રવારે પણ માર્કેટમાં ઘટાડો થઈ શકે છે. ડાઉજોન્સમાં ઘટાડો જોતા લોઅર સર્કિટ બ્રેકર લાગુ કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું અને તેના કારણે ગુરુવારે ટ્રેડિંગ ૧૫ મિનિટ સુધી રોકવું પડ્યું હતું.
