નરાધમ પાડોશીએ પોત પ્રકાશ્યુંઃ યુવતી સાથે દુષ્કર્મ આચર્યાનો વીડીયો વરરાજાને મોકલી આપ્યો
હાલ દુષ્કર્મના અનેક કિસ્સા સામે આવવા લાગ્યા છે. જ્યાં માસુમો કોઈ હવસખોરનો શિકાર બને છે. ક્યારેક એવા કિસ્સા પણ સામે આવતા હોય છે. જ્યાં દુષ્કર્મના કારણે માસુમોની જિંદગી બરબાદ થઈ જાય છે. આવો જ એક કિસ્સો ગોધરામાં બનવા પામ્યો. જ્યાં લગ્ન મંડપ સુધી પહોંચેલી જાન પાછી વળી ગઈ, કારણ એ હતું કે, નરાધમે યુવતી સાથે પહેલા અવાર નવાર દુષ્કર્મ ગુજાર્યું હતું અને તેના અશ્લિલ ફોટો-વીડિયો પોતાના ફોનમાં ઉતાર્યા અને યુવતીના લગ્નના દિવસે જ વરરાજા જાન લઈને ઘર આંગણે પહોંચતા જ નરાધમે એવું તો શું કર્યું કે જાન પાછી વળી ગઈ આવો જાણીએ આ અહેવાલમાં…
દીકરી આજૂબાજૂના ઘરે જઈ ઘરકામ કરી પરિવારને મદદ કરતી
ગોધરાના એક વિસ્તારમાં આવેલા મધ્યમ પરિવારના પિતા ચાની લારી ચલાવી પોતાના પરિવારનું ભરણપોષણ કરી રહ્યા છે. ત્યારે માતા આજૂબાજૂના ઘરે જઈને વાસણ કપડાં ધોવે છે. તેની સાથે તેમની દીકરીઓ પણ આજૂબાજૂના ઘરે જઈ પોતાના પરિવારનો પેટીયુ રળતા રહ્યા છે. ત્યારે તેમના પડોશમાં રહેતો એક શખ્સ આ ગરીબ પરિવારની દીકરીને પોતાના ઘરે વાસણ, કપડાં અને ઘરની સાફ-સફાઈ કરવા માટે બોલાવતો હતો. છેલ્લા અઢી વર્ષથી પણ વધારે સમય સુધી આ દીકરીને પોતાના ઘર અને ખેતરમાં કામ કરવા બોલાવી અને એ સમય દરમિયાન પડોશી દીકરીની એકલતાનો લાભ લઇ અવારનવાર તેની ઉપર દુષ્કર્મ ગુજારતો હતો.
દીકરીના પિતાએ નરાધમ સામે કડક પગલાં ભરવા માગ કરી
આ બાબતે ભોગ બનનાર દીકરીના પિતાએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, મારી દીકરી તેમના પડોશીના ત્યાં ઘરકામ કરવા માટે જતી હતી. ત્યારે પડોશીએ દીકરીનો એકલતાનો લાભ લઈને અવારનવાર તેની સાથે દુષ્કર્મ આચરી તેનો વીડિયો અને ફોટા પાડીને સોશિયલ મીડિયામાં વાઇરલ કરવાની ધમકી આપતો હતો. જ્યારે હું વડોદરા ગયો ત્યારે મેં આ વાઇરલ થયેલા વીડિયો વિશે જાણ્યું હતું અને મેં વીડિયો દેખવા માટે કહ્યું હતું, પરંતુ મને બતાવવાનું ના પાડ્યું હતું. હવે મારે આ નરાધમને કડકમાં કડક સજા થાય એ જોઈએ. આજે મારી દીકરી સાથે આવું કર્યું કાલે કોઈ બીજી દીકરી સાથે પણ આવું કૃત્ય કરે તો આ બનાવો બે વખત બન્યા છે. એક તો આ નરાધમના બેનના છોકરાએ પણ આ જ કૃત્ય કર્યું હતું અને હવે આ નરાધમે મજબૂરીનો ફાયદો ઉઠાવી આવું કામ કર્યું છે. મારી દીકરી સવારમાં જાય તો તેને પૈસાની લાલચ આપીને ખોટા કામ કરતો હતો. તેને કડકમાં કડક સજા થવી જોઈએ તેવી મારી માગ છે.
દીકરીનો ઘર સંસાર બનતા પહેલા તૂટી ગયો
જ્યારે આ દીકરીના લગ્ન બીજી જગ્યાએ નક્કી થઈ ગયા અને લગ્નની કંકોત્રી છપાઈ ગઈ લગ્ન માટે માંડવો પણ બંધાઈ ગયો અને આવા સમયે જ પાડોશીએ આ દીકરી ઉપર તેની મરજી વિરુદ્ધ બળાત્કાર ગુજારે તેનો વીડિયો વરરાજાને મોકલી આપ્યો. પોતાના મોબાઈલમાં ઉતારેલા વીડિયો વાઇરલ કરવાની ધમકી આપીને પાડોશી અનેકવાર દુષ્કર્મ ગુજરાતો રહ્યો હતો. જ્યારે પાડોશીને ખબર પડી કે યુવતીના લગ્ન માટે આવતીકાલે જાન આવી રહી છે. ત્યારે આ નરાધમે યુવતીના જેની સાથે લગ્ન થઈ રહ્યા હતા. તે મંગેતરને તેના અશ્લીલ ફોટા-વીડિયો મોકલી દેતા આખરે આ દીકરીનો ઘર સંસાર બનતા પહેલા તૂટી ગયો હતો. હાલ આ પરિવારના લોકોએ ગોધરા બી-ડિવિઝન પોલીસ મથકે આરોપી વિરુદ્ધ પોલીસ ફરિયાદ નોંધાવી છે. પોલીસે ગુનો નોંધી વધારે તપાસ હાથ ધરી છે.
