ગુન્હાની ટૂંક વિગત:-
આ કામના ફરીયાદી એક માઈન્સ અને મીનરલ્સ કંપનીમાં રેવન્યુને લગતું કામ કરતા હોય ,આ કંપની ના ઔઘોગીક બાંઘકામ કરવા માટે ગ્રામ પંચાયતની આકારણી તથા બાંઘકામ મંજૂરી કરી આપવા અને કંપની વિરુદ્ધ અન્ય કોઈ કાર્યવાહી નહી કરવા મહીલા સરપંચે આ કામના ફરિયાદી પાસે થી પાંચ લાખ રુપીયાની લાંચ માંગેલ અને અગાઉ એક લાખ રુપીયા લાંચ રુપે લઈ લીઘેલ બાકીના ચાર લાખની લાંચ માટે તેઓએ ફરિયાદીને જણાવેલ કે આ નાણાં ની રકમ વધારે હોય તે લેવા મારા વતી મારા પતિ તથા અન્ય સંબંધીઓ તમારો સંપર્ક કરશે ત્યારે તમે આ નાણાં તેમને આપી દેશો અને અન્ય વહીવટી બાબતો મારા વતી તેઓ તમોને કહેશે. પરંતુ આ કામના ફરીયાદી તેઓને લાંચ આપવા માંગતા ન હોય ફરિયાદીએ એસીબી નો સંપર્ક કરતા ફરિયાદ અન્વયે ગોઠવાયેલ ટ્રેપ દરમ્યાન સરપંચ વતી તેમના પતિ અને અન્ય બે સંબંધીઓ લાંચના નાણાં લઈ પકડાઈ જઈ ગૂનો કર્યા બાબત.
નોંધ – ઉકત આરોપી નં.(ર),(૩) તથા (૪) ને ડીટેઇન કરી આગળની કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરેલ છે.

આ તો સરકારી ચોપડે અને ACB માં નોંધાયેલી હાલની વિગતો, પણ કહેવાય છે કે કોઈ પણ સફળ પુરુષ પાછળ એક સ્ત્રીનો હાથ હોય છે , પણ અહીં ઊલટું છે, એક સફળ મહિલા સરપંચની પ્રતિષ્ઠા અને આબરુના ધજાગરા ઉડાવવામાં , મહિલા સરપંચ ને કાયમ વિવાદમાં રાખવા બદલ, એમનાં પતિનાં ચાર હાથ રહ્યા છે , એવું જો કુકમા ગામ અને ગ્રામ પંચાયત હેઠળ આવતો વિસ્તાર અને અહીં આવતી કમ્પનીઓ સાથેનો ગ્રામપંચાયતનો વહીવટ જોતાં સ્પષ્ટ દેખાઈ આવે છે.
ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે કુકમા જુથ ગ્રામ પંચાયત મહિલા સરપંચ કંકુબેન ચુંટાયા ત્યારથી તેમના સારા કાર્યોની ચર્ચા કરતા, પોતાના પતિના કારણે સતત વિવાદમાં રહ્યા છે. કુકમા ગામમાં દબાણોની વાત હોય , કમ્પનીઓ સાથેનો દરેક પ્રકારનો વહીવટ હોય જેમાં સરપંચ પતિનો હાથ હોવાની અનેક ફરિયાદો ભૂતકાળમાં જાગૃત નાગરિકો દ્વારા થઈ ચુકી છે.
કુકમા પંચાયત હેઠળ અને આ વિસ્તારમાં આવેલી કંપનીઓ પાસેથી “વહિવટ” કરવા ની વાતમાં પણ SP એટલે સરપંચ પતિ વગોવાઈ ચૂક્યા છે. અગાઉ કંપની સામે ઘર્ષણમાં ઉતાર્યાના કિસસાઓ પણ સામે આવ્યા છે. અવધનગર વિસ્તાર હોય કે અન્ય વિસ્તાર ચૂંટણીમાં પોતાને વોટ ન આપનારા લોકોને હોદાનો દૂરૂપયોગ કરી, ખોટા ઠરાવો દ્વારા લોકોને કનડગત કરાયાના આક્ષેપો પણ ગ્રામજનોએ અને સભ્યોએ કર્યા છે . સાડાચાર વર્ષ જેટલા કાર્યકાળમાં મહિલા સરપંચ પોતાનાં કારણે નહિ પણ પોતાના પતિ થકી સતત વિવાદોમાં રહ્યા છે. દેર આયે દુરસ્ત આયે , જેવો તાલ થયો છે , કેમકે મહિલા સરપંચ આજે ખૂદ પણ ACB માં સકંજામાં આવી ચુક્યા છે.
કુકમા ગ્રામજનો અને સભ્યો પણ ખુલ્લીને બહાર આવવાને બડલે અંદરોઅંદર વાતો કરી રહ્યા છે કે, હાલ આ સમગ્ર ઘટના બહાર આવી છે ત્યારે તેમના વિરુદ્ધ વહિવટી તંત્રમાં થયેલ અગાઉની ફરિયાદોની પણ તપાસ થાય તો અનેક ખુલાસાઓ થાય તેવી શક્યતા છે.
છેલ્લે દડે છક્કો : પતિ ક્રાફટ ક્ષેત્રે રાષ્ટ્રીય એવોર્ડ વિજેતા ,પત્ની મહિલા સરપંચ કુકમા અને કચ્છ જિલ્લા ભાજપનાં મહિલા મોરચા મંત્રી , મહિલા સરપંચને સરપંચ તરીકેનો ઈન્ડિયા ફેલોનો મોડલ એવોર્ડ ..પણ એક ભ્રષ્ટાચારનું પૂર અને બધું જ તણાઈ ગયું.
