કોરોનામાં લાંબા સમય સુધી બંધ પડેલા ભુજ, ગાંધીધામના મલ્ટીપ્લેક્સ સહિત કચ્છના થિયેટરો બોલીવુડની મોટા બજેટની મુવી રિલીઝ થતાં આજથી શરૂ થઇ રહ્યા છે.
કોરોનાની બીજી લહેરમાં સંક્રમણ વધતાં સિનેમા માલિકોએ સ્વેચ્છાએ થિયેટરો બંધ રાખ્યા હતા અને સરકારની ગાઇડલાઇનનું પાલન કર્યું હતું.મહામારીનું સંક્રમણ ઘટવાની સાથે સરકાર દ્વારા વિશેષ છૂટછાટ અપાઇ છે. શરૂઆતના તબક્કે 50 ટકા પ્રેક્ષકો નિયત કરાયા હતા પરંતુ કોઇ ફિલ્મ રિલીઝ ન થતાં અને પ્રેક્ષકોની ઓછી સંખ્યા વચ્ચે શો શરૂ કરવા થિયેટર માલિકોને આર્થિક રીતે પરવડે તેમ ન હોઇ થિયેટરો ચાલુ કરાયા ન હતા. હવે તેમાં વધારો કરીને 60 ટકા પ્રેક્ષકોની છૂટ અપાતાં ભુજમાં એરપોર્ટ રીંગરોડ પરનું મલ્ટીપ્લેક્સ તા.6 ઓગસ્ટ અને આદિપુરમાં એક મલ્ટીપ્લેક્સ 5 ઓગસ્ટથી શરૂ કરાયું હતું, જેમાં અત્યાર સુધી ગુજરાતી અને હોલીવુડની મુવી બતાવાતી હતી, જેમાં બહુ જ સીમિત સંખ્યામાં પ્રેક્ષકો આવતા હતા. આજે મોટા બજેટની ફિલ્મ બેલ બોટમ ફિલ્મ રિલીઝ થતાં ભુજ અને ગાંધીધામના તમામ મલ્ટીપ્લેક્સ શરૂ થશે. થિયેટર માલિકોના જણાવ્યા મુજબ કોરોના ગાઇડલાઇનના પાલન સાથે શો શરૂ કરાશે. ભુજના એરપોર્ટ રીંગરોડ સ્થિત મલ્ટીપ્લેક્સના મેનેજરે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, હજુ તો થિયેટરો ચાલુ જ થયા છે અને મોટા બજેટની મુવી રિલીઝ થતાં પ્રેક્ષકોનો ધસારો રહેશે તેવી શક્યતા છે.
