ભુલથી દુશ્મન સમજી નિર્દોષ યુવકની નિર્મમ હત્યા..
ગુજરાત રાજ્ય બિહાર તરફ પ્રયાણ કરી રહ્યું હોય તેમ ધોળા દિવસે હિચકારી હત્યા ના બનાવોમાં નોંધપાત્ર વધારો થઇ રહ્યો છે. અરવલ્લી જીલ્લાના અંતરિયાળ વિસ્તારોમાં કાયદો અને વ્યવસ્થાના ચિથરેહાલ ઉડી રહ્યા છે. મેઘરજ તાલુકાના ધરોલા ગામના બે યુવકો નવા-પાણીબાર ગામે મિત્રના વરઘોડામાં જઈ પરત બાઈક પર ફરતા વરઘોડામાં બે જૂથ વચ્ચે થયેલ બબાલમાં એક જૂથના યુવકો રસ્તામાં ઉભા હતા. બાઈક પર પરત ફરતા યુવકો સામેના જૂથના હોવાનું સમજી લોખંડની એંગલ ગળાના ભાગે ઝીંકી દેતા નિર્દોષ યુવકનું મોત નિપજતા ચકચાર મચી હતી. હત્યાની ઘટનાના પગલે ઇસરી પોલીસે ઘટનાસ્થળે પહોંચી હત્યાને અંજામ આપી ફરાર ૮ આરોપીઓને ઝડપી પાડવા ચક્રો ગતિમાન કર્યા હતા.
મેઘરજ તાલુકાના ધરોલા ગામના નૈનેશભાઈ રણછોડભાઈ ગામેતી અને સૌમિત અમૃતભાઈ ગામેતી બાઈક લઈ નવા-પાણીબાર ગામે મિત્રના વરઘોડામાં જઈ પરત ફરી રહ્યા હતા વરઘોડો ગામમાં આવેલા મંદિરે પહોંચતા બે યુવકોના જૂથ વચ્ચે અગમ્ય કારણોસર ઝગડો થતા લોકોએ બંને જૂથને છુટા પાડ્યા હતા. જેમાંથી નવા-પાણીબાર ગામના દેવેન્દ્ર કાંતિભાઈ ગામેતી તેના બે સાળા સહીત ૮ યુવકો નવા-પાણીબાર ગામના રોડ પર ઝગડાની અદાવતમાં બદલો લેવા ઉભા હતા. નૈનેશ અને સૌમિત બાઈક પર પરત ફરતા હતા ત્યારે રોડ પર ઉભેલા ટોળાએ બંને યુવકો પર હુમલો કરી ટોળામાં રહેલા એક શખ્શે સૌમીતના ગાળાના ભાગે લોંખડની એંગલ ફટકારતા સૌમિત ગંભીર ઈજાગ્રસ્ત થતા હુમલાથી ગભરાયેલો નૈનેશ નામનો યુવક સૌમિતને બાઈક પર બેસાડી જીવ બચાવી ધરોલા પહોંચતા સૌમીતે બોલવાનું બંધ કરી દીધું હતું. પરિવારજનો ગંભીર ઈજાગ્રસ્ત યુવકને મોડાસાની ખાનગી હોસ્પિટલમાં પહોંચતા ફરજ પરના તબીબે યુવકને મૃત જાહેર કર્યો હતો. જેને પગલે પરિવારજનોએ રોકોક્કળ કરી મુકતા વાતાવરણમાં ગમગીની છવાઈ હતી. આદિવાસી યુવકની હત્યાને પગલે મોડાસામાં લોકોના ટોળેટોળા દવાખાને ઉમટ્યા હતા.
ધરોલા ગામના યુવકની હત્યા થતા ઇસરી પોલીસે તાબડતોડ ઘટનાસ્થળે પહોંચી ધરોલા અને નવા-પાણીબાર ગામે કોઈ અનિચ્છનીય બનાવ ન બને તે માટે સાવચેતીના પગલાં ભરી મૃતક યુવકની લાશને પીએમ માટે મોકલી આપી ઇસરી પોલીસે નૈનેશભાઈ રણછોડભાઈ ગામેતી (રહે, ધરોલા) ની ફરિયાદના આધારે દેવેન્દ્ર કાંતિભાઈ ગામેતી (રહે, નવા-પાણીબાર) અને તેના બે સાળા તથા અન્ય શખ્શો વિરુદ્ધ ઇપીકો કલમ-૩૦૨,૧૧૪ અને જીપીએકટ-૧૩૫ મુજબ ગુનો નોંધી હત્યારાઓને ઝડપી પાડવા ચક્રો ગતિમાન કર્યા હતા.
