કેન્દ્રીય યુવા બાબતો અને રમતગમત મંત્રી શ્રી અનુરાગ સિંહે બાંગ્લાદેશના યુવા પ્રતિનિધિમંડળ સાથે વાર્તાલાપ કર્યો
યુવા બાબતોનો વિભાગ 12 થી 19 ઓક્ટોબર 2022 દરમિયાન ભારતમાં બાંગ્લાદેશના 100 સભ્યોના યુવા પ્રતિનિધિમંડળની યજમાની કરી રહ્યું છે. છેલ્લા દિવસે, યુવા બાબતો અને રમતગમતના કેન્દ્રીય મંત્રી શ્રી અનુરાગ સિંહ ઠાકુરે બાંગ્લાદેશથી આજે નવી દિલ્હી આવેલા યુવા પ્રતિનિધિ મંડળના સન્માનમાં રાત્રિભોજનનું આયોજન કર્યું હતું.. યુવા બાબતો અને રમતગમત રાજ્ય મંત્રી શ્રી નિસિથ પ્રામાણિક પણ આ પ્રસંગે ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યા હતા.
બાંગ્લાદેશના પ્રતિનિધિમંડળે ભારત સરકારના યુવા બાબતો અને રમતગમતના કેન્દ્રીય મંત્રી સાથેની તેમની વાતચીત દરમિયાન આ કાર્યક્રમની ખૂબ પ્રશંસા કરી છે. પ્રતિનિધિમંડળે બાંગ્લાદેશના વિવિધ સાંસ્કૃતિક પ્રદર્શન પણ પ્રદર્શિત કર્યા હતા. ગાલા ઇવનિંગ દરમિયાન ભારતીય કલાકારોએ પણ પરફોર્મન્સ આપ્યું હતું.
શ્રી અનુરાગ સિંહ ઠાકુરે પ્રતિનિધિઓ સાથે વાર્તાલાપ કરતી વખતે ભારતમાં એક સપ્તાહના રોકાણ અંગેના પ્રતિનિધિઓ દ્વારા વ્યક્ત કરાયેલા અનુભવો પણ સાંભળ્યા હતા. આ મુલાકાતે બંને દેશો વચ્ચેના વિચારો, સાંસ્કૃતિક, રાજકીય અને આર્થિક સંબંધોના આદાનપ્રદાનને પણ સરળ બનાવ્યું હતું અને સહકાર અને વિશ્વ શાંતિ સંદર્ભે પ્રાદેશિક સંબંધોને વધારવામાં યોગદાન આપ્યું હતું. ભારત અને બાંગ્લાદેશનો લાંબો સામાન્ય સાંસ્કૃતિક, આર્થિક અને રાજકીય ઇતિહાસ છે. ભારતની મોટી વસતી પણ એ જ બાંગ્લા ભાષા બોલે છે, જે બાંગ્લાદેશમાં બોલાય છે. બંને દેશો એકબીજા સાથે નોંધપાત્ર સીમાઓ વહેંચે છે. અમે એકબીજા સાથે જૂના, ઊંડા, મૈત્રીપૂર્ણ સંબંધો પણ ધરાવીએ છીએ અને સમાન હિતો શેર કરીએ છીએ.
કાર્યક્રમના ભાગરૂપે, બાંગ્લાદેશ યુવા પ્રતિનિધિ મંડળે 14મી ઑક્ટોબર 2022ના રોજ રાષ્ટ્રપતિ ભવન ખાતે ભારતના રાષ્ટ્રપતિ શ્રીમતી દ્રૌપદી મુર્મુ સાથે મુલાકાત કરી હતી. પ્રતિનિધિમંડળે વિવિધ સાંસ્કૃતિક, શૈક્ષણિક અને ઔદ્યોગિક સ્થળો જેમ કે આગરા ખાતે તાજમહેલ, ઇન્ડિયન ઇન્સ્ટિટ્યૂટ ઑફ મેનેજમેન્ટ, બેંગલુરુ અને મૈસૂર ખાતે ઇન્ફોસિસની અનુક્રમે મુલાકાત લીધી હતી જ્યાં તેમણે શિક્ષણવિદો અને ઉદ્યોગના નેતાઓ સાથે વાર્તાલાપ કર્યો હતો. આ જૂથમાં વિવિધ પૃષ્ઠભૂમિના યુવાનોનો સમાવેશ થાય છે જેમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ, યુવા પત્રકાર, ઉદ્યોગસાહસિકો, સામાજિક કાર્યકરો, ડોકટરો વગેરેનો સમાવેશ થાય છે. આ કાર્યક્રમ આપણા પડોશીઓ સાથે સૌહાર્દપૂર્ણ સંબંધોને ઉત્તેજન આપવા માટે ઘણી સદ્ભાવના અને સકારાત્મક ભાવનાઓ પેદા કરે છે.
યુવા બાબતોના વિભાગ, યુવા બાબતો અને રમતગમત મંત્રાલયને વિવિધ યુવા મુદ્દાઓ પર અન્ય દેશો અને વિવિધ આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય એજન્સીઓ/સંસ્થાઓ સાથે મળીને યુવાનોમાં આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય પરિપ્રેક્ષ્ય બનાવવાનું ફરજિયાત છે. શાંતિ અને સમજણને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવા માટે યુવાનોને સામેલ કરવા વિભાગે યુવા પ્રતિનિધિમંડળના આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય વિનિમયને અસરકારક સાધન તરીકે કલ્પ્યું છે. મૈત્રીપૂર્ણ દેશો સાથે યુવા પ્રતિનિધિમંડળનું આદાનપ્રદાન વિવિધ દેશોના યુવાનો વચ્ચે વિચારો, મૂલ્યો અને સંસ્કૃતિના આદાનપ્રદાનને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવા અને આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય સમજણ વિકસાવવા માટે પારસ્પરિક ધોરણે હાથ ધરવામાં આવે છે. આ વિભાગ વર્ષ 2006 થી ચીન અને દક્ષિણ કોરિયા સાથે યુવા પ્રતિનિધિમંડળની નિયમિત આદાનપ્રદાન કરી રહ્યું છે.
2012માં, ઢાકામાં ભારતના ઉચ્ચ આયોગે યુવા બાબતો અને રમતગમત મંત્રાલય, સરકારને વિનંતી કરી હતી કે ભારત 100 સભ્યોના બાંગ્લાદેશ યુવા પ્રતિનિધિમંડળને ભારતમાં આમંત્રિત કરે અને તેમના માટે ઐતિહાસિક, શૈક્ષણિક, તકનીકી અને ઔદ્યોગિક હિતોના સ્થળો દર્શાવવા માટે પ્રવાસની વ્યવસ્થા કરે. તદનુસાર, પ્રથમ વખત, બાંગ્લાદેશનું 100 સભ્યોનું યુવા પ્રતિનિધિમંડળ 6-13 ઓક્ટોબર, 2012 દરમિયાન ભારતની મુલાકાતે આવ્યું. બાંગ્લાદેશનું વર્તમાન પ્રતિનિધિમંડળ આ પ્રકારનું 8મું જૂથ છે.
