સ્થાનિક સ્વરાજ્ય ચૂંટણી જંગમાં કચ્છમાં માળખાંગત સુવિધાના અભાવનો મુદ્દો કેન્દ્રમાં રહેશે
સ્થાનિક સ્વરાજ્ય ચૂંટણી યોજવાને આડે હવે આંગણીના વેઢે ગણાય તેટલા દિવસો બાકી રહ્યા છે ત્યારે શહેરીની સાથે ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં પણ ચૂંટણીની ચોપાટ ધીરે ધીરે જામતી જતી જોવા મળી રહી છે. સ્થાનિક સ્વરાજ્યની ચૂંટણીમાં આ વખતે અનેક મુદ્દાઓ કસોટીની એરણે ચડવાના છે.
માળખાંગત સુવિધાના અભાવની વાત હોય કે પછી વિવિધ પ્રજાલક્ષી કાર્યોને આગળ ધપાવવાના હોય. તમામ રાજકીય પક્ષો પ્રચાર દરમિયાન શૂરા રહેતા હોય છે, પણ જેવો ચૂંટણીનો ધમધમાટ પૂર્ણ થાય કે તમામ બાબતો ભૂલી જવાતી હોય છે. આ વખતના ચૂંટણી જંગમાં પણ આવી જ તમામ બાબતો અગ્રેસર રહેવાની છે. જાહેરનામાંની સત્તાવાર પ્રસિદ્ધિ થવાની સાથે જ ઉમેદવારીપત્રક ભરવાની શરૂઆત થઇ ચૂકી છે. ઉમેદવારોનું આખરી ચિત્ર 16મી તારીખે સ્પષ્ટ થયા બાદ પ્રચારકાર્ય વેગવંતુ બનશે. ભાજપ અને કોંગ્રેસ ઉપરાંત આમ આદમી પાર્ટીએ પણ આ વખતે ચૂંટણી જંગમાં ઝુકાવ્યુ છે. ઉમેદવારીપત્રક ભરવાની પ્રક્રિયા વિધિવત રીતે સંપન્ન થતાંની સાથે જ જિલ્લા, તાલુકા પંચાયત માટેના પ્રચાર કાર્યાલય ગ્રામ્ય સ્તરે, નગરપાલિકાની ચૂંટણી માટેના કાર્યાલય શહેરી કક્ષાએ ધમધમવાના છે. જાગૃત નાગરિકોનું માનીએ તો દર ચૂંટણીની જેમ આ વખતની ચૂંટણીમાં પણ સુવિધાઓના અભાવ સહિતના મુદ્દાઓ જ કેન્દ્ર’ સ્થાને રહેવાના છે. ચૂંટણી પ્રચાર વખતે તમામ પક્ષના ઉમેદવારો પાણી, ગટર જેવી માળખાંગત સુવિધાઓના ઉકેલ સાથે વિસ્તારના સર્વાંગી વિકાસની ખાતરી તો આપે છે, પણ જેવી ચૂંટણી પૂરી થાય એમ રાત ગઇને વાત ગઇની જેમ બધું’ ભૂલી જવાતું હોય છે અને પાંચ વર્ષ બીજી ચૂંટણી આવે ત્યારે ફરી આજ મદ્દાને લઇ ઉમેદવારો મતદારો સમક્ષ જતા હોય છે. વર્ષોથી આ બાબતો જસની તસ રીતે આગળ ધપી રહી હોવા છતાં તેનું પુનરાવર્તન ન થાય તે બાબતની કોઇ કાળજી લેવામાં આવી નથી તે એક કડવી વાસ્તવિકતાવાળી બાબત છે.
