ઘણીવાર પોલીસને લઈને RTO ને લઈને વહીવટી તંત્રને લઈને ખૂબજ શરમજનક સમાચાર આવતાં હોય છે.
કોઈ બે ટકકાનો બુટલેગર પોલીસ ઉપર હુમલો કરે , પોલીસ ઉપર ગાડી ચડાવી દે.
કોઈ ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટર કે ખટારા વાળો RTO કે પોલીસને ગાળો ભાંડતો હોય એવા ઓડિયો કે વીડિયો સામે આવતાં હોય છે.
આજે પણ આવો જ એક વીડિયો સામે આવ્યો છે જેમાં ખટારા વાળો RTO વાળાની ….ડ તોડી નાંખવાની રીતસરની ધમકી આપે છે , અને સ્કોર્પિયો ગાડીમાં બેઠેલા RTO કર્મચારી કે અધિકારી એક શબ્દ સુધ્ધાં નથી બોલી શકતા…
શું થાય છે આવું ખબર છે ?
કારણ અહીંયા ….ડ બધાની એઠી છે !
અરે તાકાત છે કોઈ ઈમાનદાર કે કર્તવ્યનિષ્ઠ પોલીસ કે RTO વાળા સામે કોઈ બોલી પણ જાય.
એક વાત નક્કી છે કે આ વીડિયોમાં બે વાત સામે આવે છે,
1 – કાં આ વીડિયોમાં RTO વાળાની ….ડ તોડી નાખવાની ધમકી આપનારને કોઈ મોટા નેતાની હવા છે.
અથવા
2 – આ વીડિયોમાં જે ગાળો બોલે છે અને પોતાનું નામ KRD જણાવે છે અને પોતે HRD નો ભાઈ હોવાનું જણાવે છે એ હપ્તા દેતો હશે અને તેમ છતાં એની ટ્રક કે કોઈ ગાડી પકડી એટલે એનો પારો મીટર થી બહાર નીકળી ગયો હશે….
જે , હોય તે , પણ આવી ભાષા સરકારી કર્મચારી કે અધિકારી સાથે વાપરવી એ અક્ષમ્ય ગુન્હો છે – એની સજા મળવી જ જોઈએ,
પણ સાથે અમુક ટકકા એકનાં કર્મચારીઓ કે અધિકારીઓ ભ્રષ્ટાચાર કરીને હપ્તા લઈને આખા તંત્રનું નામ ખરાબ કરે છે એમને પણ કડકમાં કડક સજા થવી જોઈએ.
વીડિયોમાં બેફામ ગાળો દેતો વ્યક્તિ એટલે નારાજ છે કે એક બાજુ હપ્તા લેવાય છે અને બીજી બાજુ ઈમાનદારી પણ દેખાડાય છે…
ભાઈ આ તો ન જ ચાલે – જો હપ્તા લેતા હો તો …ડ તોડાવાની કે એને જલીલ કરવાની પણ તૈયારી રાખવી જ પડશે…

અને સાંભળવા મળશે કે જ્યારે હાથ મેલા હોય ત્યારે કોઈ ઓવારણાં ન લે – એ તો ગાળો જ દે.
