રૂપાણી સાથે જન્મોજનમનું વેર : વીણી વીણીને તેમના ‘ખાસ’ લોકોને રવાના કરાયા
રૂપાણી સરકાર સાથે જનમો જનમનું વેર હોય એમ વીણી વીણીને સરકાર અને સંગઠનમાંથી નેતાઓને સાફ કરાવી રહ્યાં છે. ગુજરાતમાં ભાજપમાં બધુ સમુસૂતરું નથી એ બધા જ જાણે છે પણ સત્તા આગળ શાણપણ નકામું એમ માનીને તમામે ચૂપકીદી સાધી લીધી છે. રૂપાણી સરકારને એકઝાટકે ઘરભેગી કરી દીધા બાદ હાલમાં ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલ સરકાર ગુજરાતમાં સરસ કામગીરી કરી રહી છે. જેના જશ સ્વરૂપે ભાજપે 156 બેઠકો મેળવી છે. વિધાનસભાની ચૂંટણીમાં શાસક પક્ષ ભાજપે રૂપાણી અને ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલ સરકારના દોઢ ડઝનથી વધારે મંત્રીઓના સિફતપૂર્વક પત્તા કાપી નાખ્યા હતા. આવા મંત્રીઓના પહેલાં મંત્રીપદા પણ એક ઝાટકે કપાયા એની કળ વળે એ પછી બીજો ઘા હજુ અનેક લોકો પચાવી શક્યા નથી. એક જ રાતમાં પૂર્વ થઈ જવાશેનો કોઈએ સ્વપ્ને પણ ખ્યાલ નહોતો. ગુજરાતમાં આ પ્રયોગ સફળ રહ્યો છે અને ભાજપે આ પ્રયોગ અન્ય રાજ્યોમાં અજમાવીને સફળતા મેળવી છે. ગુજરાતને ભાજપની પ્રયોગશાળા કહેવાય છે. મોદી અને અમિત શાહ કોઈ પણ પ્રયોગ એ ગુજરાતમાં કર્યા બાદ મોડેલ સ્વરૂપે દેશભરમાં લાગુ કરે છે.
દેશના રાજકારણમાં આવી ઉથલપાથલો અને પ્રયોગો ભાજપ જ કરી શકે છે, એવુ વારંવાર સાબિત થઇ ગયું છે અને એમ છતાંય તેની ચૂંટણીલક્ષી સફળતાના ગ્રાફને હજુ વાંધો આવ્યો નથી, પરંતુ આવા જૂના મંત્રીઓ દ્વારા દોમદોમ સાહબી હતી ત્યારે કેટલાક કાર્યકરો, ઓળખીતાઓ, સંબંધીઓને સીધી ભરતીથી પોતાની ટીમમાં સામેલ કર્યા હતા, એવા ક્લાર્ક અને સેવકોની હાલત અત્યંત કફોડી બની ગઇ છે. હવે આ લોકો ના ઘરના ના ઘાટના થઈ ગયા છે. રૂપાણી સરકારના કેટલાક મંત્રીઓએ પોતાની ઓળખનો ઉપયોગ કરી ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલ ૧.૦ સરકારમાં અંગત સ્ટાફના જરૂરિયાતમંદોને સેટ કરવામાં સફળ રહ્યા હતા. પરંતુ ૨૦૨૨ની ચૂંટણીમાં પત્તા કપાયા પછી ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલ ૨.૦ સરકારમાં કોઇ વગ ચાલી નથી એ સ્પષ્ટ થયું છે. મંત્રીઓને પણ પોતાના માનિતા અધિકારીઓ મળ્યા નથી. આ મામલે સીએમ સુધી ફરિયાદો થઈ છે. સરકારે દરેક ડિપાર્ટમેન્ટમાં ઓર્ડર થયા મુજબના અધિકારીઓ ગોઠવ્યા છે.
