રાજનેતાઓ વચન આપવામાં, વાતો કરવામાં, પ્રજાને ભોળવવામાં તેમજ નવા નવા વાયદાઓ કરવામાં પી.એચ.ડી કરી હોય તેમ કહી શકાય. પુરૂષોતમ રૂપાલાની વાત પર આવીએ તે પહેલા ભુજથી ભુજોડી જતાં વર્ષોથી અટવાયેલો ઓવર બ્રિજ દર ચુંટણીમાં એક મુદો બનીને રહે છે, આ પુલનું ખાતમૂહુર્ત કહો કે પ્રથમ પથ્થર આ પુલમાં મુકાયો હોય ત્યારે કચ્છના સાંસદ તરીકે પુનમબેન જાટ હતા. પુનમબેનની એક ટર્મ પુરી થઇ અને એક ટર્મ વર્તમાન સાંસદ વિનોદ ચાવડાની પણ પણ પુરી થઇ અને બીજી ટર્મ વિનોદ ચાવડાની ચાલે છે તેને પણ એક વર્ષ પૂર્ણ થયું, અને હાલ જ વિનોદ ચાવડાએ કહ્યું કે છ મહિનામાં આ અધુરા ઓવર બ્રિજનું કામ પુર્ણ કરી દેવાશે અને ત્યારે મા આશાપુરા ન્યૂઝે એક શિર્ષક સાથે લેખ પ્રસિધ્ધ કરેલ કે, છ વર્ષમાં ન થયું તે છ મહિનામાં થઇ જશે અને આ લેખ વાંચીને મા ન્યૂઝના દર્શક અને વાંચકોએ જે કોંમેટ કરી છે, તે આપ યુ-ટયુબમાં અને અમારા સોશ્યલ મીડિયામાં જોઈ શકો છો.
આ વાત થઇ ભુજોડી ઓવર બ્રિજની હવે શિર્ષક પર આવીએ તો ર૦૧૭માં હાલના કેન્દ્રના રાજય મંત્રી પુરૂષોતમ રૂપાલાએ કચ્છની અનેક સભાઓ ગજવેલી અને પુરૂષોતમ રૂપાલાને લઇને તત્કાલીન કોંગ્રેસના ઉમેદવાર અને હાલ કેસરીયો ખેસ પહેરી લીધેલ પ્રધ્યુમનસિંહ જાડેજા સાથે મુલાકાત કરી ત્યારે તેમણે કહેલું કે, રૂપાલા માત્ર સભાઓને હસાવવાનું કામ કરે છે, તેનાથી સાચા અર્થમાં લોકોનું ભલું થતું નથી, જો કે કોઇપણ નેતા હોય તેના ભુતકાળમાં ડોકીયું કરીએ તો આપણે હસવું આવે અને કયારેક એ નેતા પર દયા પણ આવે, થોડીક વાત કચ્છમાંથી ગાંધીનગર તરફ લઇ જઇએ તો ભાજપ સરકારમાં ગૃહમંત્રી તરીકે રહેલા ગોરધન ઝડફીયા એક સમયે ભાજપ સાથે છેડો ફાડીને જીપીપી એટલે ગુજરાત પરિવર્તન પાર્ટી માટે કચ્છમાં સભાઓ ગજવવા આવેલા ત્યારે માધાપરમાં ગોરધન ઝડફીયાએ કહેલું કે ‘વિકાસ નામના શિવલીંગ પર મોદી નામનો વીછી ચડી ગયો છે, એટલે તેને ચપ્પલ તો મારી ન શકાય પણ પરિવર્તનના મંત્રથી આ વીછીને દૂર કેંકી દેશું’ આ વાત પણ ભૂતકાળ બની, ગોરધન ઝડફીયાએ કહેલી વાતોનું સુરસુરીયું થયું, ફરી મોદી સરકાર કેન્દ્રમાં આવી અને ફરી પાછા ગોરધન ઝડફીયા ભાજપમાં આવ્યા, આવો સિલસિલો ન માત્ર ભાજપ પણ ભારતના તમામ પક્ષોમાં આઝાદીથી કરીને ર૦ર૦ સુધી આવું જ ચાલી રહ્યું છે. જો કે તેમાં વાંક આ દલબદલુ નેતાઓનો કે માત્ર વાયદાઓ કરીને પ્રજાઓને ગેરમાર્ગે દોરતા રાજકીય લોકોનો નથી, વાંક છે અભણ, વેંચાઉં અને મૂર્ખ પ્રજાનો.
પુનઃ આ લેખના શિર્ષક પર આવીએ તો ર૦ર૦નું વર્ષ સમગ્ર ભારત સાથે વિશ્વને પાયમાલ કરનારું વર્ષ સાબિત થઇ રહ્યું છે તેની વચ્ચે કચ્છમાં મુંબઇથી પહેલા વરસાદ ભાગ્યે જ આવતો હોય છે પણ આ વર્ષે જુન મહિનામાં જ કચ્છ પર મહેર કરતાં આ દુખદ વર્ષ વચ્ચે પણ ખુશીના કૂંપણ ફૂટતા દેખાયા, કચ્છમાં સર્વત્ર મેઘરાજાએ મહેર કરી છે પણ કચ્છના લોકોને સંપૂર્ણ સુખ ભુતકાળમાં કે વર્તમાનમાં ભાગ્યે જ સાબિત થતું હોય છે, વરસાદે મહેર કરી પણ ભ્રષ્ટાચારથી થયેલા રોડ, પુલ અને પાપડીના કામો દર વખતની જેમ આ વખતે પણ ક્ષતિગ્રસ્ત બન્યા, ફરી પાછી પુરૂષોતમ રૂપાલાની વાત કરીએ તો તેમણે કહેલું કે કોંગ્રેસના સાશનમાં કચ્છના લોકો પાપડીથી મુકત થઇ શકયા ન હતા પણ ભાજપ સરકાર આવતા કચ્છમાં પાપડીઓ ભુતકાળ બની છે. અને તેની જગ્યાએ પુલ બની ગયા છે, તો હાલ પડેલા વરસાદના કારણે જે કચ્છના માર્ગોને નુકશાન થયું છે, પાપડીઓના કારણે ગામડાઓ વિભાજીત થઇ ગયા હતા, તેમના અહેવાલો અને સમાચારો કચ્છના અખબાર અને ટીવી ચેનલોમાં પ્રસારીત થઇ ચુકયા છે, જે જોતાં લાગે છે કે માનનીય રૂપાલાજીએ પણ કચ્છની પ્રજાને પણ ગેરમાર્ગે દોરી છે. આ વાત માત્ર ભાજપને લાગુ પડતી નથી. ભૂતકાળમાં કોંગ્રેસે પણ કચ્છ, કચ્છીયત અને કચ્છીમાડું સાથે દગો કર્યો છે, અને ભોળી જનતાને છેતરી છે.
ખમીરવંતી શબ્દનું બિરૂદ આપીને કચ્છી પ્રજાને તાન ચડાવતા આ નેતાઓને ઓળખવા જરૂરી છે, કચ્છની પ્રજા ભોળી જરૂર છે પરંતુ મુર્ખ નથી એટલે જ કા ખોટા વાયદાઓ કરવા નહી, અને જો વાયદાઓ કરો તો એ પુરા જરૂર કરજો. અન્યથા આ ભોળી ભાળી કચ્છી પ્રજા આજ નહીં તો કાલ ખોટા વાયદા કરતા નેતાઓને અને ભ્રષ્ટાચારી અધિકારીઓને રસ્તો દેખાડી દેશે તેમાં શંકાને કોઇ સ્થાન નથી. અંતમાં કચ્છના માર્ગો આઝાદીના સાત દાયકા પછી પણ ગૌરવ લઇ શકાય તેવા નથી. આજે પણ વરસાદ પાપડીઓ તૂટે છે, નદીઓ વહે છે ત્યારે ગામડાઓ વિભાજિત થયી જાય છે અને એકબીજાના સંપર્ક વિહોણા બની જાય છે ત્યારે કચ્છ રાજ્ય સરકાર કે કેન્દ્ર સરકાર પાસે થી કોઈ ભીખની અપેક્ષા ન રાખી ને જેટલી રેવન્યુ કચ્છ જિલ્લામાંથી કેન્દ્ર કે રાજ્ય સરકારને મળે છે તે જોતાં કચ્છ ભિખારી નહીં પણ કમાઉ પુત્ર છે એ સ્પષ્ટ દેખાશે. ત્યારે કચ્છમાં થતાં વિકાસ કામો એ કચ્છનો અધિકાર છે નહીં કે નેતાઓ દ્વારા થતો ઉપકાર છે.
