યુક્રેનમાં અભ્યાસ કરતા કચ્છના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને વતન વાપસી માટે અથાક પ્રયત્ન ગુજરાત વિધાનસભાના અધ્યક્ષા ર્ડા. નીમાબેન આચાર્ય શરૂ કરેલ છે.
વિદેશમાં મેડીકલ, એન્જીનીયરીંગ તેમજ વિવિધ ક્ષેત્રોમાં અભ્યાસ કરતા વિવિધ સ્તરના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ તથા રોજગાર અર્થે પરદેશમાં સ્થાયી થયેલા કચ્છ જિલ્લાના નાગરિકોને સહી સલામત રીતે પરત લાવવા અધ્યક્ષશ્રીએ ચિંતા વ્યકત કરી છે. આજ રોજ કચ્છના ૧૬ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સહી સલામત પરત લાવવા ભારત સરકારના વિદેશ મંત્રી અને ગુજરાત રાજયના માન.મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીને પત્ર પાઠવી અને ફોન દ્વારા જરૂરી વ્યવસ્થા સત્વરે ગોઠવવા વિનંતી કરેલ છે.

જેમનાં દીકરા કે દીકરી હાલ યુક્રેનમાં આ સ્થિતિમાં અટવાયા છે , ક્ષણે ક્ષણ ઉચાટ વચ્ચે વાલીઓ ઘરે ઊંઘી નથી શકતા , તો ક્યારે વતન ભારતમાં પહોંચશું એની આશા સાથે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ત્યાં અધ્ધર જીવે છે.
અધ્યક્ષાએ અંતમાં જણાવ્યું હતું કે, આવી વિષમ પરિસ્થિતિમાં ધીરજ ખોયા વગર કે હિંમત હાર્યા વગર ભારત સરકાર દ્વારા લેવામાં આવી રહેલ પગલાંમાં સહયોગ આપવા પ્રજાજનોને અપીલ કરી છે. કચ્છના સૌ નાગરિકોને મારી અપીલ છે કે, જેઓના સ્વજન યુક્રેનમાં ફસાયા હોય તેની જાણકારી મને આપશો જેથી હું આપને મદદરૂપ થઇ શકું.
